Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deploy high-quality, enterprise-level front-end chatbot solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration with backend services (e.g., FastAPI) to fetch and display responses related to user queries.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Interact with business stakeholders to gather feedback and tailor solutions to business needs.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on new features and functionality, driving continuous innovation.
• Desire to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.

Skills Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Typescript and Svelte is a must.
• Experience following software best practices in team settings, including version control (Git), CI/CD, documentation, & unit testing.
• Prior experience developing chatbot user interfaces.
• Experience working with LLMs and developing LLM-based applications.
• Experience interacting with relational databases (e.g. SQL).
• Knowledge of front-end monitoring and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in front-end software development.
• Ability to work independently and reliably.
